Too Many Requests.
You have exceeded the number of requests you're allowed to make. Wait 6 seconds and then try again, but slow down your pace.
Note that your allowed number of requests per minute may be shared with other IP addresses. A rate limit can be configured for multiple ranges of IP addresses, all sharing one slot.
We may configure such a limit when we notice that a single service is using multiple IP addresses to query this system, putting an unfair strain on the server.
