Too Many Requests.
You have exceeded the number of requests you're allowed to make. Wait 16 seconds and then try again, but slow down your pace.
Note that your allowed number of requests per minute may be shared with other IP addresses. A rate limit can be configured for multiple ranges of IP addresses, all sharing one slot.
We may configure such a limit when we notice that a single service is using multiple IP addresses to query this system, putting an unfair strain on the server.
