bluetooth shield v2

Hi, I am using a bluetooth shield v2 for a project and i can't make it work. I try with AT command but when i write bluetooth.printf("AT+NAMEbtproject") the name don't change and i can't communicate with my smartphone.

Anyone know what to try? Any help is very welcome.

Did you add the prefix and suffix - "\r\n"?

bluetooth.printf("\r\nAT+NAMEbtproject\r\n")

I try but the name remains "HMSoft"
