It's great work as always, but I do have two critiques to make:
1. While it's a dynamic pose, with that forward leg pointed down like that it doesn't seem dynamic enough. When you look at drawn runners, the forward leg's knee in this folded pose is almost always pointing almost where the character is headed, and it gives it a dynamic, strong pose. With the leg lower like that, it almost seems like he should be setting up to plant his foot for the next push off.
2. Niggling issue, not a really big deal, but there's no way that guy with a stride just less than twice the distance of that conveyor belt could sprint on that thing. He needs a bigger platform. >D

I only judge the tail, although the "waving" is ok, I sense that from the hip movement, the tail should be going a bit to the right...
but... I might be wrong :/
