I spent some time on this and such. Had to use a reference pic. It made of came out very scratchy but I like it how it came out. <3
But anyway, I wanted to make a very sweet scene where Mercy and Arlong is helping their little pup learn how to walk. Seems lil Tonio is enjoying it and is giggling happily.
