You'd think so, but actually it was the other way around. When they first met Malek mistook Ripkin for some annoying animal and tried to kill him... Not exactly love at first sight. x)

Rip is a mage and he's capable of using different kinds of masks in order disguise his real nature. He has always wanted to be a human, so he uses this particular mask a lot.

Incredibly well colored picture, I wonder how many days you worked on it ...

Drawing and coloring the whole pic took about ten hours... Coloring always takes most time. It gets a bit tedious sometimes. :I

But I'm glad you like! Makes it all worthwhile. :)

It really shows. I know the time spent varies from artist to artist, piece to piece, but the effort tends to show.

Also slightly disfigured pretty-boy paragon of virtue is probably the one I would peg to be the most sadistic of this trio. :<

Spot on! I think he might be the most sadistic of all my characters. Mal and Rip are actually pretty decent compared to him - they're just these two jolly old fags that do evil things for shits and giggles, but K. has no soul.

High-fantasy RPG is probably what you saw. I have a sort of grudging affection for it.

Mm, I have a few friends who really like it, but it just isn't my thing. I like the small people too much; the underdogs, the ones that get looked over. Seeing such characters develop into something amazing is much more interesting to me. Hmm. Come to think of it, that explains a lot about what types of fiction I like and, to bring it back to the point, what fiction I dislike.

...Is it just me, or is FA really tiny? I keep running into a)people I know or b) I keep seeing the same expanding cliques of people cross-talking everywhere. I'm just randomly exploring until I find something interesting, and I scroll down, and hey, I know all these names.

Exalted is good. It is far from the only good thing in the world.


FA is tiny because furry is tiny because the world is small (see Milgram et al).

Hmm, tiny. What of tiny? FA has thousands of active users, and there's new submissions every minute of every day. Maybe it's because I'm interacting with the people who interact in the same way I do, and stop at the same things I do.

Now these are interesting. I love the armors.
The characters themselves are visually nice as well.
They look like they come straight out of some sort of role player's guide for the hero player characters.

I goofed up with some of the darker areas because my room was basking in direct sunlight and I couldn't see the contrast properly. For example, Kannustaja's tail has an ugly line of pencil in it and the grass doesn't look too good. Overall the background looks pretty roughly painted.

But on the bright side, I think some of the bits - like Malek's breastplate - came out pretty okay. :]

Somehow I expect that they manage to save the world anyway, though instead of for good, honor, and the protection of all life it's a series of seemingly unrelated circumstances while being right bastards all in the name of fun, profit, obeying the dark inner demons demanding blood, and the fact that if the world ends, there will be no more beer, wenches, treasure, or little helpless people to kick around or maul when you get bored.

I really, really like that version. :D

Even villains are willing to save the world, they just don't care about causing collateral damage and expect to be well rewarded afterward.

I really wish my linearts were cleaner than what they are, but in this case I'm pretty pleased with the overall results. Malek's breastplate is pleasing to my eye, at least. Though in the end I was so excited to get it done I think I rushed quite a few bits. I should never rush things, but I always do.

That mage is really cool looking. But I'm biased towards them. x3 The whole picture is amazing. Great job.

He does that quite often. He grew up among humans, so he has always been a bit ashamed of his small and hairy form. Fortunately it's easy to fix with some Cinderella magics.

Acctualy that doesn't sound that bad, you can't guess how many time I've heard thing like: ''Hey, he killed my character, thats not fair!'' ''Your character is annoying as shit, just make another one!'' And so one.
