I love the concept and how you executed it with the really vibrant orange merging with the gray fog, but I am so torn by one detail in this that I have to point out that the legs on the foremost dragon are noticeably out of perspective and really detract from the overall impact of this.

Basically the feet are seen from a perspective that would indicate that the dragon is a lot closer and far below the horizon line. I basically leveled the feet so that they look more like we are viewing them from the side as the dragon is rather close to the horizon line and from here we can only see the top of the feet very slightly. I also adjusted the shadow below the dragon to imply this change too. I also added some denser fog on the dragon in the background to give a stronger sense of distance to it. I hope this helps!
