I wanted to wait to upload a picture of the head until it had the horns attached, but it looks like that'll be a while in coming. So here's the foam base for Red's head.
Took a while to figure out the shape, since I'm VERY unfamiliar with draconic/reptilian characters, but we worked it out eventually. I had fun with it towards the end, once I knew what I wanted to do with it.
