Never pick on a diapered dragon
I’m really digging what we’ve been shown so far, I’m legit excited for it to come out.
I don’t have a problem so far with them doing retellings of old episodes because it’s showing both its similarities to appreciate and it’s new style that we can get used to. I hope the new stories outnumber the old, but I’m fine with retellings (“Special Delivery” “Reptar 2010” “Reptar on Ice” and the one with Mr Fiend were always my favorites and those will be cool to see in the new style)

Well, thankfully, I think the 'classic' ones in these shorts are a show of how the new style portrayed the original stuff. And given how they're 'updating' things to be more modern, probably won't be any retellings. That said, no doubt there will be homages to series favorites or incidents in some way. Oh! For instance, in the completely new one, Night Howl, Tommy makes a reference about Spike wearing a diaper, which I'm sure old watchers will remember from Potty Training Spike, where he was actually put in one ha!

But...the dog has a tail....
Oh right...well he did kind of rip it to shreds with his teeth so....
