Another experimental drawing, this one of my mouse gal Tina. A good friend and I were talking about what it would be like if Tina was in his story. Her outfit had to include a leotard, as it's one of Tina's favorite things to wear. And a kimono on top of that would give a neat appearance, and it mirrors the long sleeved turtleneck leotard that will be Tina's main outfit in my story. If I draw her like this again, I'll add a more detailed design pattern to her kimono.

When I first sketched out the pose, I didn't expect to end up with such a threatening looking visual of Tina. But I leaned into that and added in the assassin dagger laying next to her. What's normally a more cute and upbeat mouse girl, turned into a femme fatale assassin in my friend's story.

I really do like the way that pencil brush adds so much texture to the shading, even if it's a little tough to get precise details with it.
