We beat Avorion on Monday! The game took WAY longer than I thought. But honestly, it was a good "podcast" game to play on the stream. Avorion is a space simulator style game where you can almost literally play any way you want. Mining, scavenging, salvaging are all options. You can go around and pirate all your goods instead. Maybe you could start a factory line and become a massive empire, spanning the galaxy. Really its entirely on you to decide what you want to do. Which makes it a great game to lose 9 hours in unexpectedly.

What we did was have a single ship do all the fighting, adventuring, and exploring. Slapped a hanger on it and gave it some ability to manufacture new fighters... That kinda took over everything... We called them "bees" and when I found something to kill I had DOZENS OF TINY SHIPS THAT COULD REND THEM ASUNDER. Legit, it was amazing fun. Highly suggest Avorion if you want a game you can "zone out" while playing.

However this upcoming Monday will not be such a game. I'm going to be starting Pokemon Stadium where we're doing rental randomizers. For those unaware of the challenge, its hard. Real hard. See ya there. https://www.twitch.tv/zaezar
