I had a feeling that Hopax was something from Ukraine, and it's pretty cool that it is! The designs of the regional Meditite and Medicham are very great as well! They look quite(not fully accurate, but hey, it's like a 99%!) accurate to the actual Pokemon artstyle, which is also very nice!
