That reminds me, I need to go out and put the cover back on the grill. We had burgers and salad with lemon cake for dessert along with the usual appropriately colored wine after the scotch and bourbon for cocktail hour. It's been pretty quiet around here as far as the 4th goes. The racket isn't near as bad as it's been some years. I was tempted to drag out my 1807 Harper's Ferry flintlock pistol to add to the commotion, but didn't want to bother with cleaning necessary afterward. It's a replica of course. If it was original, the Boss Lady and I could tour most of Europe on the proceeds. LOL
