After a cataclysm has struck the Earth, in the future.
Akira the ceruledge, wander through this destroyed and desolate city, like a ghost. It's been a long time since nature took back its rights here.

- It's a lollipop in their mouth.
- The flames / onibi around them are made of ghostly energy.
