Among the stars (the story of the whale).
I finally sat down to write a story about my whale that lives in space. Have fun reading!

The light of billions of suns illuminated this part of the galaxy.
The variety of constellations and colors of the stars was amazing, it was unthinkable and amazing.
And in this incredibly stunning solar frenzy, a whale was swimming.
He didn't look like an Earth whale. It was greenish in color and sparkled with yellow stars itself. In the dark places of the galaxy, the stars on his body illuminated his path.
He lived in the place where he was sailing now. He lived under a big red star. And this star warmed him.
He was hanging under that star and thinking.
He was thinking about everything in the world. It seemed that every thing in space pushed him to reflect on his life and its meaning.
In space, the whale did not know the time.
By our standards, he could think for days and do nothing at the same time.
He was just, if I may say so about the space of space, lying under his star and just thinking.
I was thinking about life. Mostly about my own. But sometimes about someone else's.
At one of these moments, Keith thought hard and thought:
"Are there still people like me?"
(The fact is that this whale was absolutely alone. He spent all his time alone watching the stars and he didn't know his parents and had no idea where he came from at all).
The whale thought about it and went to look for other whales.
He was looking for other whales, not knowing rest. He swam like this for several years, until he traveled the entire galaxy in which he lived.
This whale fed on star nebulae. He opened his mouth and devoured them.
But there were not even nebulae where he swam.
It was an alien and empty part of the galaxy. Or rather, its end.
Keith looked into a black abyss with very few stars. He looked at it for a very long time. And finally, I saw a distant light. He swam there.
And I saw something incredible.
He saw the galaxy. Another galaxy, completely new to him.
He immediately moved towards her.
He swam into it and just bathed in various star nebulae and meteor showers.
Once, when he was swimming like that and looking at a lot of new stars, he saw a moving light in the darkness of space. He took a closer look-and oh, Gods!
WHALES!!!
Real space whales, just like himself.
There were about fifty of them and all of them were constantly making some kind of sounds - they were communicating.
The biggest whale, their leader, saw our lone whale.
He became interested in him. And he asked him a question:
- Who are you? And why are you alone?
It seemed strange to our whale.
"If I swim alone, is it so strange for them?"
He was silent for a while, but decided to answer:
- I'm from another galaxy. I arrived recently. I swam from that side (he pointed with his fin. When he did, there was a surprised whisper in the pack of whales. The leader's gaze became somehow strange). I've always been alone, but I decided to look for other whales and found your pack.
The leader paused, his whole posture expressing surprise. He asked:
- Gapras?
"What is Gapras? What is that strange word?" Our whale thought.
A female, obviously worried about something, floated out from behind the leader. She looked at him with incomprehensible delight. Then she screamed:
- Gapras! My son! Oh, my God, is that really you? You have the same star above your eye as my son! No one else has such a thing!
She paused. Then she asked:
- Why are you hanging there? Swim to me, my son!
Our whale was confused. "Why does she think that I am necessarily her son? Well, it will be what it will be." And he swam.
The female hugged him with her flippers.
- Oh, did you find yourself? We've been looking for you so much, and now you've come by yourself! Oh my God, I'm so glad!
Our whale swam a little away from her.
- But let me... Why do you think so hard that I'm your son? I don't even remember you!
- Oh, my God, of course you don't remember! You were very young and you were blown away by a space storm. Oh, we were so sad! You've been swept away exactly in the direction you came from! We've been looking for you so much, hoping to find you so much... Oh, how many tears I shed then!
- Well, it looks like you really are my mother then... And where is my father?
- Well, how is it, you still haven't figured it out?! Here he is, in front of you! She pointed at the leader.
Gapras was surprised when the powerful leader turned out to be his father.
His mother led him to the pack.
And our Gapras found happiness - he did not find such happiness even in his thoughts.
