Gotta be an April's Fool joke. After all, real Pythons completely dissolve the skeletons of their prey, and skulls are practically the thinnest, weakest bones in the body -- practically as thin as a cardboard cereal box in some places, so they are the first to go. Might be fun to this more cartoony, super hero version of Indigo gobbling up the snake alive like a big string of fat sausages.
...and then Violet appears on the "Horrible Histories" segment "Stupid Deaths" and explains to the grim reaper how she departed her mortal coil.
Grim Reaper: "Stupid deaths, stupid deaths. They're funny 'cause they're true. Stupid deaths, stupid Deaths. Hope next time it's not YOU!"
Violet: "I got eaten by a python, and I didn't resist. It was wonderful...!"
GR: "Snakes alive woman! You're through to the afterlife!"
