NEW OC!
This is Ryder, a pokemon born and raised near the beach! Tho he loves to go for a dip in the beach, Ryder always loved the skies. The way it changes colors, all the changing clouds, going from small to large, from white to dark. Ryder is just fascinated with floating in the sky and being above it all. Using water type moves, his tails, and a few contraptions he's made himself, he's able to launch himself to the sky and stay afloat! (Hopefully able to draw that soon)
Also had an idea of him working a regular snack shack during the summer but also learning to fight. Not just water type moves, but wanting to take on someone in the skies!
Ryder is pretty motivated when it comes to challenges, unafraid of tough opponents or obstacles in life. There's no rest for this hardworking Bui!
