Just a drawing I decided to make to celebrate Banjo-Tooie's release on Nintendo Switch, it's one of my favorite games of all time, if not my favorite! If you have a Switch Expansion Pack subscription give it a try! (Just a wanting, it's closer to an adventure game with Metroidvania elements than a SM64 or B-K kind of game! It's way more complex!)

Yeah it can definitely get complex. It's one of those games where you have to repeatedly return back to previous worlds to unlock stuff by opening up access between worlds to complete quest, find someone to finish a questline or further a halted quest because Banjo and Kazooie need to learn a specific ability to proceed. The one that comes to mind is the triceratops mom who had missing eggs I believe and you needed a train from Grunty Industries (my most favorite world in the game) to bring them back. Been a very long time since I played so I barely remember what needed to be brought back to her. Also the creativity of having some of the worlds connected was cool.
Also dragon Kazooie.
Also dragon Kazooie.
Its a very complex game for sure, specially for kids! The first time I beat it it took me years to get 100% between multiple playthroughs. Now a days I can beat it in a single sitting on Xbox and its complexity is what brings me back to try to beat it even faster and more optimality! Having such a big game opens a lot of room for improvement and mistakes to happen, no playthrough is the same as the last one (unless I decide to follow a guide on how to break world recorda but that wouod suck the fun out of the game for me)
