Following the typical shenanigans that Ferr has to put up with, in this peculiar circumstance, seems Wixter managed to get himself some magic balloon dog of some sort that seems to turn whoever they please into one. Somehow.
Of course- respectively, what's better than a new balloon-dog friend?
A bigger one of course! and so huff- and puff they went. Seemingly just inflating the torso section.
