btw this is a university neighborhood set in a boreal biome on a peninsula. :)
it is full of pine trees and ~mystic vibes, man~

anyway, this is a tech school, so here is Faraday Hall! this is floor one, and it has a common room, a hall, the cafeteria/dining room, a public toilet, private shower and private bath, and some bedrooms.
the common room has a television and computers for any student Sim needing to finish that term paper and doesn't want to drag themselves to the library...
the cafeteria is a dining room with a counter for serving public meals as well as a kitchenette if your Sim really doesn't want the cook's food today...
the bathroom is pretty self=explanatory, but there is the "actual" bath tubs that a student may use privately if they wish.
this dorm is a medium-sized dorm with 7 rooms, intended for a very-large custom Sim group or a single Sim wanting to mingle a bit with other students without needing the player's input.
