Nice. Somewhat reminds me of the story of Coyote being why there are only so many constellations and the rest of the stars appear random. Another of the Animal People (often Rabbit) was making the constellations on a table out of a magical dust/sand, and refused to let Coyote make his own. So, Coyote kicked the table over, sending the constellations and the pile of dust/sand into the sky, where they became stars.
