I just wanted to point out that the fused double claw of macropods occurs on the inside toe rather than the outside one. I appreciate seeing people trying to capture the foot structure accurately, just looks like things got a little bit mixed up. When they do that hind-leg scratch at their neck and ears like we see dogs and cats do at home, they use that double claw for the job. :)
Another way to think about it is that it's on the "thumb" side of the foot.
