(This is a long comment, this was just a muse that I had to get out, I love this it's cute and gives the "whoops i'm a pokemon now")
Well this explains some of the post transformation outcomes.

1.Some people freak out
2.Some people stay calm and make certain they 4.can still speak human languages(like she did)
5.Some people are like "the paperwork is going to be such a headache, glad I didn't turn into a psyduck"

What she should do is deposit one of her pokemon into the pc then use one of her own pokeballs to secure her safety, as in capture herself, so she registers herself to her own pokedex. Incase someone doesn't want to listen to her and goes on the "trainer hunt"(you know that's possible)

^also the above raises the question would she count as part of her 6 or would she be covered by a 7th slot.(yet we have seen humans go toe to claw with pokemon in the anime). The above pokeball thing would also award her basically a "resting/camping spot"*(remember we have seen pokemon pop out of their own pokeball,and also jump inside their own out of spite.) This can also be used in another way( remember we also seen pokemon learn to hide themselves to look like a human*)

*what i'm referring to is the day care center, being cheeky could "deposit herself at one with say a lover" and basically never worry about food shelter again and no one could touch her

I love to thought process things out, sometimes I do go a bit overboard, yet that's the fun of it.

She's a scientist/ researcher, so she would more then likely run all sorts of test on herself and maybe reverse engineer the process.
