Depends on how historically accurate you're trying to be. :P But I think I would heighten the intersection where the two sides of the kimono meet, and put in another layer or two of robes underneath, as opposed to that t-shirt looking thing you got going one.
If you really wanted it to be samurai-themed, I can give you plenty of pointers. I adore samurai. :3

Already fixed. I changed the blade size too for good measure. Hit refresh to see those changes.
As for everything else, I already hit my budget on this one and am simply out of time to make any other changes. I'll keep your ideas in mind for the next one, though. I want to continually improve over time.
