Remove no-longer-used T_PrivGrantee node tag.

Oversight in commit 31eae6028eca4365e7165f5f33fee1ed0486aee0, which
replaced PrivGrantee nodes with RoleSpec nodes.  Spotted by Yugo Nagata.
