Repository initialization Info for existing repository

Since #279, when I start the quit store on an already initialized repository I still get the info:

    quit.git - INFO - Repository initialized in … (directory of the repo).

This info is wrong and there should not be an new initialization of a repository, if the repository is already initialized.
