In-App Update Version Update Issue

I integrated nearly five apps using the new_version_plus plugin version 0.0.11 for in-app updates. When users click the update button on an iOS device, the app closes unexpectedly. After upgrading to plugin version 0.0.12, the in-app update functionality works fine for iOS devices. How can we handle this in our live app? Currently, all our app updates are not functioning. Our customers have attempted to update the app only by uninstalling and reinstalling it or by directly updating it in the app store. Please find a solution for users still on the old plugin version.
