I was looking at the home page of Win Settings.

and realised it's just a SettingsExpander that doesn't expand with a bit of skinning. So I cloned SettingsExpander.xaml, renamed the styles to avoid name collisions, and...

For the moment it's just a style that you add, along with a few files direct from CommunityToolkit.WinUI.Controls.SettingsControls.csproj. Would there be any interest in integrating it further?
