For the endpoint POST /resources/organizations/{organization_id}/documents, adding the skip_validation=true parameter doesn't stop the endpoint from validating the schema. Confirmed with Alex that this was a bug.

In order for skip_validation to take effect, the skip_validation_enabled option must be set to true in the community config.
