Hey, here is some unexpected behavior of github-workflow posting "Coverage by SLT File" comment.
I have two PRs: both have same massive changes of embucket-functions, and
in PR #1267 bot posted message about many affected functions, that was expected.
but another PR #1269 mentioned just two functions changed. Here all the changes were added in a single commit or so.

I will update this post if I find the reason
