Deck repeatedly syncs unchanged service in Konnect without showing diff output

An unchanged service is being synced to the Konnect Gateway by decK

decK version 1.46.2

The deck output shows that the service has changed, but it does not show what properties have changed. As per the below output, there are no + or—to show what has changed.
