Unimplemented system calls are not handled well...

When Lind receives an unimplemented system call, it does not handle this well. There isn't any understandable error message or optional log (so far as I can tell). The program just crashes or otherwise fails to work. At a minimum, there should be some sort of debugging output to indicate what is happening.

Id need to see some examples but I believe this is all libc since anything thats not implemented isnt directed to the trampoline.

I ran into this with gettid and a few other calls. If this issue is better directed to another repo, then please open it there and close this one...
