The final paragraph in the Setting Properties section reads:

Collection syntax in XAML gives an appearance that you are setting a read-only property, but in fact you are not. See "Setting a Property by Using a Collection Syntax" section later in this topic.

I wasn't able to find the heading or subheading "Setting a Property by Using a Collection Syntax". Please check, which section needs to be referenced, and ideally include hyperlink.
