In the pre-requisites for that GitHub it asserts:

  • Usage with Claude Desktop
  • Prerequisites
  • NodeJS
  • MCP Client (like Claude Desktop App)

Pipedream can't be used as a MCP Client as of now so I don't see how this could be integrated into Pipedream.
