Since there are inbound links to this repo (e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5BqAeN-F9Qs), could we maybe add a README here that points to the speakerdeck page? Or just set the description of this repo (the one-liner displayed below the repo name) to point there?

Also, the decks at https://speakerdeck.com/pycon2016 appear to be incomplete, at least I can't find the slides for Glyph's "Shipping Software to Users With Python" talk. I know from #1 that there was a manual re-upload of everything.. did some get missed during that process? There are 142 videos on the youtube channel (some of which are keynotes and lightning talks, for which there are no slides, of course), but only 67 slide decks on speakerdeck.com .

I've had success in the past tweeting at the presenter to obtain slides which aren't posted otherwise. I don't think every presenter necessarily chooses to share their slides, but most will.
