Related to #4207 and maybe #2084

Describe the solution you'd like
Site https://tgstat.com https://tgstat.ru save posts of public tg channels and have api to download them.
https://api.tgstat.ru/docs/ru/channels/posts.html
But on the free tariff only 50 requests per month are available.
