bug(YouTube): When viewing comments in Shorts, the comment input field is missing

Bug description

There's nowhere to enter a comment on Shorts. This only happens with Shorts. There are no issues with regular videos.

1. Open Shorts. Choose video.
2. Tap to comments.

Patches 5.18.0
Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus, One UI 2.5, Android 10.

• Check unpatch YT 20.07.39
• Repatch with only GmsCore support
• Try using a different YT account

Be aware that some DNS ad blockers with 'safety' enabled can turn off the comments section of YT.

This only happens in smartphone mode and with Shorts only. In tablet mode everything is ok.
And no ad blockers.

In native Youtube app everything is ok too.
