feat: Unlock Pro for MyExpenses

Feature description

The patch for org.totschnig.myexpenses does not work for newer versions. I suggest to update the patch to make it work for the latest version that is available.

Motivation

Many useful features of the application are locked behind a subscription paywall (for all features) or a one-time purchase (per feature)
The features include ->

No Ads
Charts
Splitting Transactions
Removal of account limit
Importing CSV
Syncing to cloud for backups
and so on
