Question related report field in metadata

I am reflecting on the issue created on May 13 #221 . I would appreciate it if you could provide more clarification.

For an industry research team, is the following tech report acceptable? tech report. The report was initially written by the first two authors and further enhanced by Claude Sonnet 4.

If it is not acceptable, what is it missing exactly? We can put the report in a more formal format in terms of writing and publish it in a blog post on either the AT&T or RelationalAI websites if needed. I even spoke with our partners at Nvidia about their submission. The only part missing in our report is a few diagrams and plots. Should we add more diagrams?
