Remove common util BenchmarkMathCalculation

To keep a single copy of BenchmarkMathCalculation.js, a common util is created under root https://github.com/adoptium/aqa-test-tools/tree/master/packages/utils. While this solution works for the non-Docker setup, it causes the problem for Docker setup. Therefore, remove the common util BenchmarkMathCalculation. We will have one copy stored at the server and one stored at the client side.
