Style polish and jank cleanup, especially on polyfill/non-Chrome:

- Replace tutorial iframes with static images
- Use a cropped image with rendered fadeout for designer image
- Fix demo tiles not wrapping on Safari
- Commonize text styling on main page
- Make carousel taller on mobile to accommodate iPhone width
- Fix style leak for designer button in polyfill
