  1. Moving CGColorSpaceRef and CGColorRef creation outside -drawRect: 

    * Color space is created in -initWithFrame: and released in -dealloc
* CGColor is recreated with every glowColor change
* Removing these operations from -drawRect: significantly improves
  drawing performance
