Shared Network and Shared ressources

Hello,
I'm coming here with a question, I plan to install cloudstack but need confirmation about a special requirement.
I see shared ressource is available for all domain created. But this is my need: I want to place in a shared network a shared ressource like a database or tools like gitlab or any type of ressource to avoid duplicate it in isolated network.

So this is my question: if I install a database, does other isolated network can access it from virtual machine?

Vm or baremetal server indeed
Even it ressource in share network can access Vm in other domain
