Orpahned transactions in logs

I am seeing the below error in logs. This error shouldn't occur and needs code investigation for fixing this.

I did some investigation with @DaanHoogland. Below are our findings:

• This is occurring during garbage collection of a TransactionLegacy Object
• On checking the logs for this._creator value of TransactionLegacy object, shows it's coming from StorageManagerImpl

yes, lots of same errors on my testing envs as well
