GNOME Shell "Show Applications" Folder Blur Issue with HDR Enabled

When HDR is enabled on Fedora with GNOME, the folders in the "Show Applications" view no longer display with the expected blur effect as shown in the provided screenshot. Specifically, I no longer have the blur fading around the folders when they are open in "Show Applications." I need this issue resolved as quickly as possible, as I dislike the appearance without the blurred background around the folders in "Show Applications."
