Dash to dock, part of dock not visible on startup or if blur my shell loads first.

On start-up, part of the dock is not visible until you disable and enable the blur my shell extension. This can be reproduced by disabling dash to dock with blur my shell enabled and then re-enabling dash to dock, doing so produces the following:
