Error: failure deploying ERC20 Home: max code size exceeded

I have a L1 deployed on the Fuji Testnet, but it doesn't have public ip (just run nodes on localhost). I am trying to deploy an ERC20 Home contract on my L1 and Remote contract on C-Chain by CLI
avalanche ictt deploy
Then I get this error
Error: failure deploying ERC20 Home: max code size exceeded
I have installed the CLI, Avalanchego, and Subnet EVM from source code.
