wx-pay 只能配置一个appid，无法应对绑定多个小程序的场景 #3556

目前wx-pay虽然支持多配置，但是是以商户号切换配置的，每个商户号只能对应一个小程序appid，无法适配一个商户号对应多个小程序的场景

我尝试过wxPayService.setMultiConfig中直接用appid做KEY切换，但是在底层代码中，有不少地方会主动用商户号切换并或缺配置，例如支付回调，此时获取配置会空指针
