How to execute listener tests.after when I stop the test execution with ctrl+c

When I'm implementing my test, I usually stop the test execution with ctrl+c to debug the test code. Then the listener is not executed. This listener has to delete the test datas which are generated at the beginning of the test. Is there a way to call the listener when the test execution is stopped with ctrl+c command?
