And perhaps we eventually add the ability to change what the primary button is (new or duplicate) with shortcut or quick action. I've seen that in Quickbooks and it's super handy because you can adjust it based on what you're currently trying to achieve.

It would be a personal option stored in their user profile (rest api ftw) and easily switchable.

The way it works is whatever one you choose (if it's not the default one), that becomes the default for next time. This makes it really easy to reach for the action you want currently if you are doing a bunch of bulk work. It's one of my favourite little experiences in Quickbooks.
